Monforte's apprentice cheesemakers are eager to share their cheesemaking and dairy experiences with you.
Laura Webley is a Stratford native with a broad background ranging from outdoor education to the culinary field and almost everything in between. She's excited to work with a group of people as passionate as she is about food and the farms it comes from.

This past weekend there was lots of excitement around the dairy. We were lucky to have an amazing group of youth come to the dairy from The LOFT in Toronto and paint the west side of the building. It was an amazing experience.
We had a great time chatting and watching the painting process I hope everyone has a chance to come check it out.
We also had Corinne Carlson, an artist also from Toronto come and put up her Baa? billboard. It was first featured six years ago in a gallery Stratford sculpture exhibit.
We are so excited about the new additions and can’t wait to start making cheese.
