SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS
The revolution continues! MONFORTE RENAISSANCE 2010 has been a unique opportunity to affect directly the politics of food in Ontario. Now, yet another exciting opportunity has opened up for Monforte: artisanal comestibles! A new grant sponsored by OMAFRA (Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs) may allow Monforte’s evolution to go even further, by producing our own artisanal charcuterie, preserves and baked goods.
To date, RENAISSANCE 2010 has been a tremendous success. The milk is flowing and the cheese (oh, the cheese!) is here. Your subscription, required to secure initial government funding for the project, will continue to help Monforte build more flavours, and more opportunities for our farmers and consumers alike.
By participating, you will join the Monforte family and current RENAISSANCE 2010 subscribers to help strengthen a business model that will continue to spearhead meaningful growth in micro-production, making a more viable way of life for farmers and shepherds while providing consumers with higher-quality products.
Like other COMMUNITY SHARED AGRICULTURE (CSA) plans, a subscription entails a prepayment in return for future delivery of product.

Your subscription cheque pre-paid dollars will help grow the new Monforte Dairy into an even better place, seeding locally-produced preserves, meats and baked goods. These comestibles, along with our cheese, will be made available over five years, once the new facilities and products are developed.

• Become a part of the Monforte community by tracking progress on our blog, social network sites, at local farmers’ markets and special events where you can help guide Monforte’s evolution
• Receive an invitation to the annual MONFORTE HOOTENANNY, a good old-fashioned, all-day, smack-down of great music, remarkable food and all ’round fun celebration for farmers, producers and Monforte aficionados!
Two convenient options to receive your cheese and comestibles:
VOUCHERS: receive vouchers to exchange for cheese and comestibles at markets, the dairy and/or participating retailers over a five-year period
or BASKETS: receive Monforte gift baskets delivered to you twice a year for five years
