Monforte has an even better location for the diary at 49 Griffith Road, Stratford. We are moving in July 1st. We’ll have our office there, a storefront, and a view into the dairy itself. And room to expand in the coming years.

This is the first time a dairy is being built in an open context. What that means is we welcome everyone to come and take a look at how 49 Griffith Road is being turned into a dairy.

Starting July 1st we’ll have set hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm. As soon as we’re able, we’ll start selling cheese. Please drop in for a look around and watch Monforte Dairy being constructed

I finally sent my 2 cheques to you last week. If it is financially feasible, I will try to send more money over the summer.

Please don't give up ever. My mother, who passed away 6 years ago, grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan during the 1930's. She saw the dust storms, the locusts, the droughts, the war, you name it. She impressed on me that the farmers endured and survived because of community solidarity. My grandfather was highly involved in the cooperative movement.

So I truly believe that the power to progress really lies with the grassroots community.

Furthermore, I need those cheese vouchers. I am a cheese lover.
